Today, almost everyone has a smartphone capable of taking pictures. So why not use them to take pictures of everything you eat! Often, during the day, you'll eat few small snacks that are quickly forgotten about. When you take stock of your day's food consumption, you don't count certain things (a sweet, a cupcake, a few squares of chocolate, a piece of cheese,...). You don't understand why you're not losing weight, or worse, why you're piling it on! If you get into the habit of taking a picture every time you eat and you then calculate the number of calories consumed every day, you'll be able to see why things are or aren't adding up when it comes to stepping on those scales! Little by little, you'll correct these bad habits and you'll soon see that your efforts will pay off at your next weigh-in!
